6th September 2006 Dear Parents/Carers Re: Extra Curricular Clubs Extra curricular clubs will resume during the week beginning Monday, 18th September (i.e. the third full week of the Autumn Term) and will end during the week beginning Monday 4 December. They will therefore run for a total of 11 weeks. All clubs will start at 3.30 p.m. and finish promptly at 4.30p.m, except Capoeria, which will end at 4.40pm. Please ensure that your child is collected on time. We are not able to have children waiting at school for siblings attending clubs as there are no adults available to supervise them. Please note all clubs have limited places and these will be allocated to children who already attend a club. Please complete the attached booking form and return it to the school office in an envelope clearly marked with your child's name, class and club attending. Payment should also be included (correct money please!). Cheques should be made payable to 'Bonneville Primary School'. Payment must be received before your child can attend any club.
